Market survey – procurement of feed for the Natural Resources Institute Finland

Summary

This is a market survey by the Natural Resources Institute Finland concerning the possible future procurement of feed, primarily for cattle at its sites in Jokioinen, Ruukki and Maaninka. No tenders or requests to participate are being sought at this stage. Registration is preferably requested by 14 October 2026 at 12:00; later registrations may be considered at the contracting authority’s discretion. The authority plans to hold market dialogue in September–October 2026, potentially through email questions or a Teams meeting in weeks 43–44, and may invite participants to comment on draft procurement documents. Participation is confidential, unpaid and not a prerequisite for taking part in the subsequent competition. A future tender is expected to be published through the electronic Hanki service, provisionally in November 2026. The notice also states that a later competition will be opened for transport services related to the procurement.
