Summary

The procurement concerns an information system for managing photographs, videos, audio and similar content within the Tuve secure network. The system must be installed on the contracting authority’s servers; server hosting and the network connection between the user interface and the server are not included. Staff must be able to view and download content, content producers must be able to upload and process files and metadata, and internal administrators must be able to manage the system. The system must support configurable access levels and user roles, usage analytics, and the management of a continuously growing volume of material.
