Summary

The procurement covers three software deliveries: a PAM system with implementation and 12 months of manufacturer support, 1,300 perpetual MailStore Server user licences, and a security-event auditing and monitoring system with a perpetual licence and 36 months of manufacturer support. Tenders may be submitted for all three lots. Price is the only award criterion. The tender must be submitted electronically in Polish by 23 September 2026 at 11:00; the bidder must provide the required forms, a declaration confirming the absence of exclusion grounds and, where applicable, a power of attorney.
