Procurement of charter transport services

Summary

The tender concerns charter passenger transport services provided exclusively by M2 and M3 category buses, not passenger cars. The services may include one-way journeys, return journeys and pre-arranged regular local transport anywhere in mainland Finland. The procurement is divided into three lots: school and daycare excursion transport; swimming pool and replacement-school transport; and event and other transport. The estimated total value is EUR 5,000,000 excluding VAT, divided into EUR 1,500,000 for Lot 1, EUR 2,700,000 for Lot 2 and EUR 800,000 for Lot 3. A bidder may submit a tender for and be selected for one or more lots. A framework agreement will be established, with up to 10 suppliers selected for Lot 1 and up to 5 suppliers for each of Lots 2 and 3. During the agreement period, individual journeys will be allocated through a simplified internal competition under the framework agreement. The tender deadline is 7 October 2026.
