Pharmacy operations management system as a software service

Summary

The procurement concerns a ready-made SaaS software service for managing HUS Pharmacy’s medication management and other operational processes. The service will be configured to the contracting authority’s needs and integrated with HUS’s other administrative and operational systems, including Oracle Fusion Cloud and Oracle FINA interfaces. It is intended to replace the current system and covers requirements clarification, implementation, ongoing services and information security. The initial specification phase will last up to four months and have a maximum value of EUR 50,000; after that phase, either party may choose to withdraw, and the target workload and price for implementation will be agreed. The service is planned to go live during 2028. Precise qualification, suitability, compliance and technical requirements must be checked in the official tender documents. The submission deadline is 28 September 2026.
