Literature for 1 January 2027–31 December 2028 (+2-year option)

Summary

The tender concerns the supply of domestic and foreign literature to the City of Turku and the other contracting authorities named in the contract notice for the period from 1 January 2027 to 31 December 2028, with a possible two-year extension at the contracting authority’s discretion. This is a framework agreement with up to five suppliers. The estimated value is approximately EUR 2,000,000 per year, but the contracting authority is not committed to purchasing a specific quantity or value. Literature will mainly be ordered through an electronic procurement portal, with smaller orders also possible by email and through the supplier’s online shop. The tender must describe the scope of the available literature and state the annual number of new titles by language. Textbooks for pre-primary education and educational institutions are excluded.
