Invitation to the market dialogue for the forthcoming Pohde security services procurement

Summary

This is a market survey and market dialogue, not an invitation to submit a tender or an open procurement procedure. Pohde plans to procure security services in autumn 2026 for sites in Nivala, Haapajärvi, Reisjärvi, Siikalatva, Vaala, Utajärvi, Pyhäntä, Lumijoki and Hailuoto. The planned services include local guarding, alarm response, ordered guarding and mobile patrol services. Interested bidders may register for a market dialogue held remotely via Teams from 21 September to 9 October 2026, with an individual meeting lasting approximately 45 minutes. The dialogue will be conducted in Finnish and participation will not be compensated. Failure to respond to the information request or to participate in the dialogue will not prevent participation in a later procurement and will not affect the bidder’s position. The future competition will be launched separately after the market survey and dialogue in autumn 2026.
