Procurement of workwear and protective clothing 2026–2030

Summary

The tender concerns the procurement of workwear, protective clothing and related services for the Senaatti Group for 2026–2030. The supplier must provide garments from ready-made collections, arrange delivery, fitting and measurement services, and carry out minor repairs and alterations, such as shortening trouser legs. The garments must include company-specific Senaatti Group branding, such as printing or embroidery. The procurement is divided into two lots: workwear for cleaning services and protective clothing; one supplier will be contracted for each lot. Protective clothing must meet the protection requirements arising from the relevant work tasks, be made of materials suitable for the intended use and safe for users, and withstand industrial washing. Where required, protective clothing must be available in ESD material, be EC type-approved, carry the CE marking and comply with the applicable standards. The estimated value of the cleaning-services workwear lot is approximately EUR 140,000 and that of the protective-clothing lot approximately EUR 560,000; the total estimated value is EUR 700,000 excluding VAT.
