Wholesale supply of waste-sorting bags for the needs of a municipal services company

Summary

The tender concerns the regular supply of 120-litre LDPE bags with drawstrings for the separate collection of municipal waste. The guaranteed base order covers 650,000 bags: 230,000 yellow, 90,000 blue, 55,000 green, 270,000 brown and 5,000 black bags. The contracting authority may order up to 50% of the base quantity as an option, corresponding to up to 325,000 additional bags and a maximum total quantity of 975,000 bags. Deliveries are required until 30 June 2028. Price is the only award criterion. To participate, the bidder must demonstrate the proper performance of at least one supply of at least 600,000 bags intended for separate waste collection during the last three years and provide a PLN 2,000 tender guarantee. Tenders must be submitted electronically in Polish by 22 September 2026 at 09:00.
