The procurement concerns a job search guidance and counselling service for clients of employment services in the Mikkeli region. The service must help prevent unemployment, support faster employment and provide clients with practical guidance and tools for independent job searching, developing job-search skills, understanding their own competences, learning about the labour market and exploring entrepreneurship. The service will be delivered mainly online and at premises arranged by the service provider in the Mikkeli region, including Mikkeli, Kangasniemi, Juva, Hirvensalmi, Mäntyharju and Puumala. The main format is self-directed online webinars combined with individual guidance; depending on client needs, the service may also consist of individual or group coaching and themed information sessions. The planned service period is from 1 January to 31 December 2027, with three possible one-year options covering 2028, 2029 and 2030. The estimated number of clients is 500 per year, but this estimate does not oblige the contracting authority to order any fixed volume.
