Training service for preparing and delivering basic and intermediate computer and digital training

Summary

The tender concerns the preparation and delivery of group-based in-person basic and intermediate computer and digital training for participants in the project “Lower Silesian Prospects for Employment in the European Union III”. Training will be delivered in Wroclaw, Walbrzych, Legnica and/or Jelenia Gora and will conclude with an ICDL (ECDL) certification examination. The service provider must provide trainers with the required education, examiners with valid ICDL authorisation, capacity for possible simultaneous delivery in several cities, and registration in the Development Services Database. The contract period ends on 5 November 2027. The bid deadline is 21 September 2026 at 10:00. Price carries 80% and social aspects carry 20% of the evaluation weight.
