Infrastructure and parcel data service for Tampere region's industrial areas

Summary

This procurement concerns the development of the Tampere region's industrial areas infrastructure and parcel data service. The supplier is expected to implement a phased solution enabling mapping and visualization of parcel and infrastructure data, two access levels (public and logged-in), and data classification, with an open-interfaces architecture. The service will cover collaboration with eight municipalities (Tampere, Nokia, Ylöjärvi, Kangasala, Lempäälä, Pirkkala, Vesilahti and Orivesi) and future data sources. The project comprises five phases: a) definition and data mapping; b) linking parcel data to the service; c) linking infrastructure data sources; d) map view, access control and data classification; e) piloting and deployment to production. Optional features and maintenance; fixed-phase pricing; maintenance for 12 months; potential transfer of maintenance to another provider. The procurement is carried out in phases with go/no-go decisions after each sub-phase.
