Invitation to a market dialogue with cultural, sports and events sector operators on developing the hangar at Malminkenttä

This is an invitation to a market dialogue, not a procurement competition. Helsinki is seeking views from organisations, companies and other operators in the cultural, sports and events sectors on the development and future use of the hangar at Malminkenttä, a protected former aircraft hall completed in 1936. The information will support planning of the building’s repair project and related strategic decisions. The dialogue includes an online information session on 28 September 2026, site visits on 1, 6 or 7 October 2026, a questionnaire and possible individual video meetings. Registration is open until 25 September 2026 at 12:00.
