EU-Compliant Environmental Noise Assessment 2027 and Noise Control Action Plan 2029

Summary

The procurement covers an EU-compliant environmental noise assessment for streets, roads and certain separate sites in the City of Turku, together with a noise control action plan for 2029–2033. The noise assessment will be prepared and reported first and will provide the input data for the action plan. The work must comply with the applicable legislation and the attached work description, including the requirements of Government Decrees 801/2004 and 1107/2021. The assessment must be completed and entered into the environmental protection information system by 30 June 2027, and the action plan by 18 July 2029. The tenderer must include a general work plan in its tender. One supplier will be selected, and tenders are due by 18 September 2026 at 08:00.
