This is a request for information, not a call for tenders. The City of Joensuu is preparing a multi-supplier framework agreement for traffic studies and plans. The potential services may cover traffic development projects, master planning during zoning, construction-stage planning, traffic operations and safety analyses, simulations, accessibility studies, network or route-specific needs assessments, traffic management plans, and public transport planning, costing and development services. Reports should include an assessment of the current situation, problem analysis, alternative solutions and their evaluation, a justified recommended solution and follow-up actions. Deliverables may include maps and presentation materials. Comments and questions must be submitted through the portal by 2 October 2026 at 13:45, or by 14:00 if a separate attachment is submitted. No tender can be submitted at this stage.
