Framework agreement for building history surveys 2027–2029 (2029–2031)

Summary

The tender establishes a framework agreement for building history surveys relating mainly to public buildings owned by the City of Helsinki. The services may support renovation, refurbishment, extension and new-build projects, as well as demolition and sale situations, and may also include studies of the built cultural environment and characteristic features for land-use planning. Six to eight suppliers will be selected. The estimated value for the full term, including possible options, is EUR 4,000,000 excluding VAT, with a maximum estimated total value of EUR 6,000,000. The deadline for tenders is 14 October 2026 at 10:00 UTC. Orders will generally be allocated according to the economically most advantageous ranking and the associated monetary percentage distribution.
