Short-Term Experts – Digital Connectivity Infrastructure (Indonesia)

Summary

The tender concerns the engagement of one or two experts to support Indonesia’s Ministry of Communication and Digital Affairs in assessing and advancing digital connectivity infrastructure. The work covers connectivity infrastructure assessment and planning, options and feasibility analysis, international and subsea connectivity, practical capacity building, and stakeholder and partnership engagement. The assignment will be carried out mainly on site in Indonesia, for a maximum of 130 person-days, with up to 30% deliverable remotely. It is expected to start in December 2026. The bid may propose one lead or sole expert or two complementary experts, with limited organisational backstopping from the experts’ home organisation where needed.
