Dry preservation of vacant properties

Summary

The tender concerns dry preservation of ten vacant buildings in Porvoo, covering approximately 6,000 gross square metres in total. The works include draining the buildings’ domestic water and heating systems and providing equipment installation, drying, condition monitoring and remote monitoring throughout the contract period. The tender must include drying machines, sensors, hygrostats, auxiliary fans, routine maintenance, and removal of the equipment and installations at the end of the contract period. The contractor must inspect all sites before submitting a tender. Site visits will take place on 17 September 2026 at 12:00 and from 09:00 on 21 September 2026; attendance must be registered with Viktor Johansson at viktor.johansson@porvoo.fi no later than the preceding day. Partial bids are not permitted and the contracting authority will select one service provider. Work must start no later than 1 December 2026 and be commissioned no later than 21 December 2026. The contract term is two years, with two possible one-year extension options for each building.
