Procurement of vehicle roadworthiness inspection services

Summary

The procurement covers vehicle roadworthiness inspection services for the Vantaa and Kerava wellbeing services county in two lots. Lot 1 also includes vehicle registration services and technical advice in the southern area, while Lot 2 covers roadworthiness inspections in the northern area. The vehicles include passenger cars, vans, lorries, ambulances, fire engines and trailers. The estimated volume for the southern area is approximately 115 inspections per year, including about 80 heavy vehicles and 35 light vehicles; the northern area is estimated at approximately 30 inspection visits per year, around 75% of which concern heavy vehicles. The contracting authority does not undertake to use any fixed volume of services. The bidder must have suitable inspection facilities, and tenders must be submitted by 16 September 2026 at 06:00. The initial contract term is two years and may then continue indefinitely.
