Soil Investigations Framework Agreement 2026–2030

Summary

The tender concerns a four-year framework agreement for soil and subsoil investigations, vibration and noise measurements, and environmental sampling and analysis. The services will be carried out during various design stages and construction activities, primarily on the Helsinki–Riihimäki and Helsinki–Tampere railway sections, but assignments may also be ordered for new projects on the same railway section during the contract period. The estimated workload is approximately EUR 750,000 per year and EUR 3,000,000 over the full framework agreement period, excluding VAT. The framework agreement will be concluded with at least three and at most four service providers; the fourth bidder will be included if its evaluated price is less than 15% higher than the lowest price.
