Employee benefits as a mobile service

Summary

The tender concerns a mobile payment service through which employees of the wellbeing services county of Central Finland can use exercise, cultural and massage services and receive targeted individual rewards. The service must be capable of being expanded to other usage locations, and all available services must qualify as tax-exempt employment benefits under applicable legislation and Tax Administration guidance. There are approximately 12,300 users. The contract is planned to start on 1 January 2027, run for three years and include a further one-year option for the contracting authority. The estimated value is EUR 1,200,000 and the tender submission deadline is 8 October 2026 at 13:00.
