Request for information: home-delivered meal services

Summary

This is market research by the Wellbeing Services County of Central Ostrobothnia to prepare a possible competition for home-delivered meal services. It is not a contract notice or an invitation to submit a tender, and responding does not commit a service provider to participate in a later tender or affect its prospects in that tender. The estimated contract start date is 1 February 2027. Interested service providers must complete the attached questionnaire and submit it by 21 September 2026 at 13:00. No compensation will be paid for responding.
