Request for information on building damage remediation works

Summary

This is a request for information and market dialogue concerning damage remediation services in properties managed by Helsingin kaupungin asunnot Oy. The planned services include cleaning, remediation and disinfection of exceptionally contaminated apartments; investigation, surveying, reporting and remediation of water, sewer, fire and similar damage; protective measures, drying, cleaning, disinfection and demolition of damaged structures. The work would continue until the premises can be handed over for ordinary repair and construction works. Rebuilding or replacing damaged structural elements and other ordinary repair works are excluded unless separately agreed. Responses are requested by 5 October 2026 at 12:00. This is not a call for tenders, and responding is not binding or a prerequisite for participating in a possible later procurement.
