Invitation to market dialogue: Safety coordinator for waterway surveys

Summary

This is a prior information notice and an invitation to market dialogue for a planned safety coordinator service for Väylävirasto’s waterway surveys in Finland. The selected provider would act as the client’s responsible representative for statutory occupational safety obligations in connection with approximately 20–35 survey assignments per year, carried out mainly by multibeam surveying and pole raking along the coast and inland waterways. This notice does not request tenders. Interested suppliers must register for the market dialogue by 16 September 2026 at 14:00 Finnish time by emailing the stated contact address and providing a contact person’s email address. The planned market dialogue is in September–October 2026, with the tender expected to be published in early November 2026.
