Lapua River joint monitoring: load and waterbody monitoring for 2027–2030

Summary

The tender concerns joint load and waterbody monitoring for the Lapua River for 2027–2030. The selected provider will carry out sampling at wastewater treatment plants, industrial facilities and water bodies, field measurements, laboratory analyses, hazardous and harmful substance monitoring in 2030, diatom monitoring in 2028, ten sludge analysis packages, data delivery to environmental information systems and annual reporting. The service includes cold and documented sample transport to the laboratory by the day after sampling, online publication of results, review of clearly abnormal results, expert comments, maps and electronic reports. Load-monitoring annual reports are due by the end of February following the monitoring year and waterbody-monitoring annual reports by the end of May. The tender must include fixed, VAT-free prices and the required unit and package prices. Price is the only award criterion among compliant tenders: the provider with the lowest comparison price for 2027–2030 will be selected. The bid must be submitted in Finnish, signed and accompanied by all required annexes by 9 October 2026 at 12:00. It must remain valid until 28 February 2027.
