Sansia Oy, together with the Wellbeing services county of North Karelia, is preparing a comprehensive solution for managing replacements for sudden nursing staff absences. The planned solution would combine a digital substitute-management platform with temporary shift staff procured through a service provider. The estimated value is approximately EUR 14,000,000 over four years. Interested suppliers must register through the procurement portal by 14 September 2026 at 10:00 Finnish time, submit answers to the preliminary questions in Excel format, and indicate suitable meeting times through the separate Forms questionnaire. Individual Teams meetings are planned for September 2026. Participation does not require the supplier to take part in any later competition and does not affect its position in a possible future procurement.
