Global Employer of Record (EoR) Services

Summary

The procurement seeks up to three experienced international Employer of Record (EoR) service providers for a framework agreement. Providers will act as the legal employer of locally recruited personnel in countries where HAUS lacks a legal presence, handling employment contracts, payroll, statutory deductions, taxes, social security contributions, benefits, insurance, onboarding and offboarding, HR support, compliance reporting, immigration-related support and agreed work equipment. The initial term is 24 months, with two optional 12-month extensions, for a maximum duration of 48 months. Individual assignments will be awarded through mini-competitions among the framework providers. The estimated maximum value is EUR 8,000,000 excluding VAT, with no minimum purchase commitment.
