Digital information and advertising displays for local public transport buses in the Vaasa region

Summary

This is a prior information notice and market dialogue for a planned concession contract covering the supply, installation and maintenance of digital information and advertising displays inside approximately 36 local public transport buses in the Vaasa region, with about 72 displays in total. One display would show passenger information such as the next stop or a map, while the other could be used for the concessionaire’s advertising sales. The concessionaire would be responsible for the displays’ operation and advertising arrangements; the contracting authority would provide the required electricity supply. Advertising for tobacco, alcohol and adult entertainment would not be permitted. The planned contract would start on 1 January 2027, run for five years and then continue until further notice. Interested market operators must register for the market dialogue by 7 September 2026 at 12:00 Finnish time.
