Invitation to a market dialogue on railway infrastructure planning services

Summary

This is an invitation to a market dialogue, not a request for tenders. The Finnish Transport Infrastructure Agency is preparing railway infrastructure planning and expert services covering different planning stages. The planned procurement would establish three separate framework agreements and a dynamic purchasing system.
