Implementation of the project to establish and evaluate Work Ability Programme models

Summary

This is a request for information concerning the implementation and evaluation of models identified under the Work Ability Programme 2023–2027. The potential work would cover embedding operating models in organisational structures, examining incentives for work ability assessments, launching regional pilots involving occupational health care and employment services, strengthening the use of the TYÖOTE operating model, disseminating mental health content and tools for working life, and assessing programme implementation and impacts. The work is planned for 2027, with an interim assessment to be prepared in April 2027. Available funding is EUR 87,000 for the initial phase and a conditional EUR 262,000 option for completing the project. Interested organisations are asked to provide views on implementation, relevant references, available experts and required expertise by 7 September 2026 at 12:00 Finnish time.
