Radar-based remote monitoring system and related services

Summary

HUS is procuring a radar-based remote monitoring system and related services for monitoring predefined patient events and changes in patients’ condition. The software service may include devices, software, communications solutions, backend systems, user interfaces, interfaces, alarm functions, reporting, maintenance and operational services. The solution must support controlled observation of patient rooms and patients using radar technology and provide observations or interpretations of room events to users. The bidder must prepare its offer based on the requirements in the tender attachments, the draft contract and the price form. Pricing covers rooms for one to four persons, as well as separate installation and expert-work items. HUS and the City of Helsinki will each conclude a separate contract. The submission deadline is 28 August 2026 at 09:00 UTC.
