Fresh bread

Summary

The procurement covers the supply of fresh bread to the City of Kaarina for 1 January 2027 to 31 December 2028, with two possible one-year extensions covering 2029 and 2030. Deliveries must be made between 06:30 and 14:00. Products must be suitable for professional use, comply with applicable Finnish legislation, standards and official requirements, and be baked no more than 20 hours before delivery. The supplier must provide product information sheets, use food-law-compliant transport equipment, include a return system for transport boxes and related costs in the prices, and instruct the customer on using the system. The contracting authority may also purchase small quantities of supplementary products from local suppliers for special events.
