Maintenance, repair and leak inspection services for commercial kitchen and refrigeration equipment in Mänttä-Vilppula

Summary

The tender concerns maintenance, repair and leak inspection services for commercial kitchen and refrigeration equipment for the City of Mänttä-Vilppula. A framework agreement will be concluded with the three lowest-priced service providers, and orders will be placed according to ranking: first with the highest-ranked provider, then with the second or third provider if necessary. Scheduled maintenance will be carried out 1–2 times per year according to the agreed maintenance instructions and equipment list. Completed maintenance must be recorded in the maintenance log, and each item of equipment must receive a sticker or maintenance tag showing the service date. Defects and the need to replace equipment must be reported to the contracting authority. System refilling and work outside the maintenance instructions will be charged by the hour. Warranty-period maintenance and repairs are excluded from the contract and remain the responsibility of the relevant equipment supplier.
