Delivery of Kalajoki joint operational, emissions, water-body and fisheries monitoring in 2027–2030

Summary

The tender covers monitoring services for the Kalajoki water system in 2027–2030: operational and emissions monitoring, water-body monitoring, fisheries monitoring, monitoring of Vestia’s waste areas, and three optional monitoring packages. The work includes sampling, transport, laboratory analyses, reporting and delivery of results in accordance with the monitoring programmes and permit conditions. Work must start on 1 January 2027, and the deadline for tenders is 16 October 2026 at 09:00 UTC. Bids may be submitted for one or several of the seven lots. At least two comparable completed references, statutory responsibility documents, qualified personnel, appropriate laboratory accreditation and detailed sampling, analysis and reporting arrangements are required, depending on the lot. The price must include all required costs and be submitted without VAT. Price is the only award criterion for each lot; the lowest-priced compliant bid will be selected.
