Population research service procurement
Summary
The procurement concerns a recurring population research service on safety and people’s experiences of safety for the Ministry of the Interior and the Prime Minister’s Office of Finland. The service must provide nationally representative data from Finland’s mainland adult population twice a year through an online panel, with 3,000 respondents per round. It includes questionnaire design and development, programming and testing, data quality assurance, weighting, basic cross-tabulation reporting and delivery of separate datasets to each contracting authority. Additional data collection and analysis may be ordered separately. The data must support postcode-level geographic analysis, be handled at security classification level TL IV and comply with the specified data protection and information security requirements. The contract lasts two years, with two optional one-year extensions, and its estimated maximum value including options is EUR 260,000 excluding VAT.
