Dynamic purchasing system for Mutua Navarra’s digital transformation products, services, solutions and enabling technologies

Summary

Mutua Navarra is establishing a five-year dynamic purchasing system for IT products, solutions and services related to digital transformation, with an estimated value of EUR 5.2 million excluding VAT. Its 22 lots are arranged in two groups: the first has 14 lots for organisational digital solutions, including IT strategy, e-government, contact centres, training, healthcare, social benefits, and Microsoft and DocuWare solutions; the second has eight lots for enabling digital technologies, such as user experience, digital workplace, process automation, data analytics, language processing, speech and image processing, information security and cloud services. Work may include the design, development, implementation, maintenance and enhancement of products and solutions; specific purchases will be defined through separate invitations to tender.
