Management and supply of annual periodical subscriptions for 2027

Summary

The Catalan Department of Culture is procuring the management and supply of annual subscriptions to periodicals for 2027 for public libraries in Girona, Lleida, Tarragona, Terres de l’Ebre and Barcelona, as well as 16 residential care centres for older people, 10 prison libraries and 7 juvenile justice education centres. The contract is divided into two lots: Catalan- and Occitan-language magazines (€402,691.27 excluding VAT) and Spanish-language magazines and magazines in other languages (€226,744.88 excluding VAT). The service includes managing and renewing subscriptions, arranging deliveries and monitoring receipt of publications; the total estimated value is €629,436.15 excluding VAT.
