Sale of timber-harvesting rights in Mendibarra forest

Summary

The Zuaza/Zuhatza Administrative Council is selling the timber-harvesting rights for one lot in the unclassified Mendibarra forest, held in a 50% consortium with local residents. The lot covers clear-cutting 1,314 insignis pine trees, with an estimated standing volume of 4,457 m³, as well as timber extraction, transport and track repairs. The work must be completed by 15 December 2027; the minimum price is €300,847.50, excluding applicable tax.
