Supply of landscaping plants and trees under framework agreements with purchase orders

Summary

The Municipality of Hyères is procuring landscaping plants, shrubs, smaller trees, and large deciduous and evergreen trees and palms in two lots under framework agreements with purchase orders. Lot 1 covers, among other items, perennials, climbing and exotic plants, grasses and shrubs; Lot 2 covers trees and palms, including trees with trunk circumferences of 18/20–25/30 cm and heights of up to 500/600 cm. Depending on the species, plants are to be supplied in pots, containers or root balls. One supplier will be selected for each lot, with orders issued as needs arise. Each agreement runs for one year and may be automatically renewed three times for one year each, for a maximum total duration of 48 months. Bids must be submitted electronically by 4 November 2026 at 16:30; bids by email are not accepted. The award criteria are technical merit (60%), price (30%) and environmental performance (10%). Tenderers must demonstrate the required phytosanitary registration and provide turnover information and evidence of previous deliveries.
