Installation and operation of a natural ice rink in Melilla for the 2026/2027 Christmas season

Melilla’s Tourism Board is procuring a single, 24-day service concession to install, operate, maintain and dismantle a natural ice rink in Parque Hernández during the 2026/2027 Christmas season, from 18 December 2026 to 10 January 2027. The rink must be 9 m wide and 40 m long, with at least 350 m² of usable ice; the concession also covers a 10 m by 55 m tent, auxiliary visitor areas, refrigeration, lighting, sound, Christmas decoration, skate rental and on-site ticketing. The estimated contract value is €125,760, with a maximum public contribution of €61,000 including IPSI.
