Organisation and management of youth theatre events and performing arts workshops in the Valencian Community

Summary

The Valencian Youth Institute is procuring the full organisation and management of events for youth theatre groups, where students can perform their plays and take part in performing arts workshops. The contract is divided into three lots covering the cities of Alicante, Castelló de la Plana and Valencia. At least four event days will take place in each city between March and June in 2027 and 2028; each day will feature at least three performances and at least three workshops covering dance, dramaturgy and theatrical improvisation. At least three schools must attend each day, and the performance venue must hold at least 95 people. The total budget is EUR 90,000 excluding VAT, with EUR 30,000 allocated to each lot.
