Installation and operation of a giant tubing slide for the 2026/2027 Christmas season in Melilla

Summary

Melilla’s Tourism Board is procuring a service concession to install, operate, maintain and dismantle a temporary giant synthetic-surface tubing slide in Hernández Park for the 2026/2027 Christmas season. The attraction must have at least three separate lanes and occupy an area approximately 35 metres long and no more than 4.5 metres wide; the service runs for 24 days, from 18 December 2026 to 10 January 2027. The concession includes lighting, Christmas decoration, ticketing, access control and at least 10 tubing rings. The maximum charge is €3 per descent; projected attendance is 25,000 descents and projected ticket revenue is €75,000. There is one contract and no lots.
