Creation and operation of Armilla's Economic and Social Observatory and related studies

Summary

The City of Armilla is procuring a service to design, establish and operate its Economic and Social Observatory and produce related studies and reports. The work covers socioeconomic and demographic indicators and projections, the Armilla Opinion Barometer (BARMIOP), qualitative research, and analysis of public digital content. The barometer is designed for 400–600 interviews, while the annual qualitative work includes five discussion groups and 10–15 in-depth interviews. The contract is not divided into lots and runs for one year, with a possible one-year extension.
