Adeje City Council is procuring 42 months of specialist technical assistance to manage, monitor and justify the EU-cofinanced Adeje Urban Centre Integrated Action Plan (EDIL). The single, undivided contract covers administrative and financial management, strategic planning, technical review, citizen participation—including eight workshops—communications and visibility, and monitoring and evaluation across the Plan’s four priority projects. The estimated contract budget is €374,000 including the Canary Islands indirect tax.
