Summary
GISPASA is procuring a continuous specialist service for advice and support on personal data protection and digital rights. The work includes ongoing legal and technical consultancy, review and updating of its data protection system, support with data-subject requests and security breaches, and training, including 60 hours of specific training for the Data Protection Officer. The contract is for two years, with an option to extend for up to three more years; it is not divided into lots. The total budget is €7,800 excluding VAT.
