Prepress services for publications

Summary

The State Official Gazette Agency is procuring prepress services for its publications, including text composition and processing, page layout, reading, proofreading, correction and preparation of editions for digital publication. Work may also be commissioned in parts, with electronic delivery of the completed files and print- or publication-ready PDFs. The single contract is not divided into lots; it is expected to run for one year from 1 March 2027, or from signature if later, with extensions allowing a maximum term of two years. The estimated base budget is €35,000 excluding VAT, with an estimated contract value of €70,000 excluding VAT including the maximum extension.
