Design, construction and installation of Santa Claus House

Summary

The Municipality of Las Rozas de Madrid is procuring a single, indivisible service to design, supply, build, theme, decorate, install, heat, maintain and dismantle an immersive Santa Claus House for families and children during the Christmas season. The covered, weatherproof installation must have at least 70 m² of constructed area, including an outdoor porch, and include themed rooms, visitor routes, scenery, furnishings, lighting and sound. It must be ready by 18 December 2026, with dismantling starting on 7 January 2027; the contract lasts one year and is not divided into lots.
