Hygiene and sanitation service for Legionella prevention and water-quality control

Summary

The State Tax Administration’s Department of Tax Information Technology is procuring an integrated hygiene and sanitation service for water systems in its buildings to prevent and control Legionella and monitor water quality. The work includes monthly visits, prevention and control plans, maintenance, treatment, cleaning and disinfection of drinking-water networks, cooling towers and irrigation systems, sampling and analysis, reporting and technical advice. The contract covers 12 months from 1 January 2027 or, if later, from contract formalisation, with possible extensions of up to 36 months; the maximum budget is €12,000 including VAT. The service is not divided into lots.
