Cook and Kitchen Assistant Services at the EIMGAF Dining Hall

Summary

The Spanish Ministry of Defence is procuring kitchen services for the dining hall of the General Albacete y Fuster Marine Infantry School (EIMGAF) in Cartagena. The service covers one cook, one kitchen assistant and one kitchen aide, for an estimated total of 700 hours from 1 September to 30 November 2026, or until the allocated budget is exhausted; an extension from 1 December 2026 to 30 November 2027 is also envisaged. The kitchen serves an average of 275 meals per day, with occasional peaks of 500, and prepares food for school events as needed. The contract is not divided into lots.
