Organisation and Delivery of the Senior Ballroom Dance Day (2026–2027)

Summary

The Mallorca Island Council is procuring the organisation and delivery of two Senior Ballroom Dance Day events in 2026 and 2027, for up to 1,000 attendees per event. The single, integrated service includes participant transport, dance activities, catering and event equipment, security and ambulance cover, cleaning and portable toilets, a 10-person support team, live music, and the necessary insurance and evacuation or self-protection arrangements.
